Assessment
Bondora is used by European retail investors who want a simple way to earn a return from consumer loans. The Go & Grow service spreads each deposit across fractions of loans issued by Bondora AS and quotes a return of up to about 6% a year, with no fee to invest and a $1.12 fee per withdrawal. It says investors have put in about $2.58B since 2008 and earned about $231M. It is at the low-fee end of loan investing, and its closest competitors are Mintos, PeerBerry, Estateguru, and Twino.
Bondora Group reported 2025 revenue of about $70M, up 19.2%, loans issued of about $391M, up 33%, and net profit of about $10.6M, its ninth profitable year. Go & Grow is now run by a separate company, Go&Grow OÜ, while the loans come from Bondora AS, a licensed credit provider in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. Pärtel Tomberg is the chief executive and a co-founder.
It fits an investor who wants a single automated product with daily accrual and withdrawals on request. It is a weaker fit for an investor who wants a regulated investment account, a choice of lenders, or deposit protection, because Go & Grow is a consumer loan receivables service and not a bank deposit.
Rating by criterion
We score each of the eight criteria out of 100.
Sector criteria
There is one product: money in fractions of consumer loans issued by Bondora. It does not offer shares, funds, or other assets.
The app shows a return each day, accepts money that invests automatically, and offers a referral bonus. One reviewer says withdrawing takes only seconds.
Investors get a daily balance view and Bondora publishes annual reports back to 2016. No public data feed or API is described.
Go & Grow is not a bank deposit or a regulated investment service, and Bondora says safeguards cannot guarantee capital. Withdrawals can be paid in parts in extraordinary cases.
Vendor criteria
The range is narrow, though Bondora Group keeps expanding its lending into new EU markets and says it keeps refining its credit models.
Registration and verification are quick, but one reviewer was unhappy that terms changed without notice and says support was slow when they needed funds.
There is no fee to invest, a single $1.12 fee on each withdrawal, and a stated return of up to about 6% a year.
There is no fixed term, but the service has been run by a separate company, Go&Grow OÜ, since April 2026, and one reviewer says terms changed without notice. Withdrawals can be paid in parts.
