Starting Uncapped
Uncapped launched in December 2019, lending against an online business's sales data. "For e-commerce businesses, December is typically the most challenging time to invest in growth," he told TechCrunch at launch, describing an advance to its first customer, a menswear brand, within three days. In 2021 the company raised $80M of debt and equity in a round led by Lakestar.
