Stan Gordon is an independent non-executive director of Butn. He joined the board on 17 September 2025. He is managing director of Franchised Food Company, one of Australia’s leading franchisors in the quick-service and treats sector.
Franchise brands
Over more than two decades he has built, acquired, and led a portfolio of Australian brands including Cold Rock Ice Creamery, Pretzel World, Healthy Habits, Trampoline Gelato, Mr Whippy, Nutshack, and Europa Coffee.
Board role
His experience covers brand development, operations, franchise-network growth, business strategy, marketing, and scalable systems for franchisees. He remains managing director of Franchised Food Company while serving on Butn’s board beside chair Cameron Petricevic and founder CEO Rael Ross, with a focus on funding for franchise operators.
