Jason Ream is Head of Finance and Administration at Blend. Blend appointed him in August 2025; he also served as interim principal accounting officer. He leads financial strategy, planning, and operations. He holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Amherst College and has more than twenty-five years in senior finance roles at software companies.
CFO seats
He previously served as chief financial officer at SailPoint from May 2019 to August 2021 and at SolarWinds from October 2013 to April 2016. He was also CFO at Mitratech and at Relativity (then kCura). In those roles he worked through IPOs, take-private transactions, acquisitions, and high-growth periods.
Haveli and banking
Most recently before Blend he was an operating partner at Haveli Investments, working with high-growth software businesses. Earlier he was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, UBS, Piper Jaffray, and Credit Suisse.
