Srinivasan “Srini” Venkatramani is Head of Product, Technology, and Customer Operations at Blend. Blend appointed him on 9 December 2024. He has more than twenty-three years in product management, engineering, and customer operations leadership across organizations ranging from about $35 million to $80 billion in annual revenue.

Immediately before Blend he spent five years as chief product and technology officer at PlanSource, from December 2019 to December 2024. PlanSource announced that appointment on 3 December 2019.
IBM and education
From October 2014 to December 2019 he was a senior executive at IBM responsible for strategy, P&L, and cross-functional leadership for publishing and information services. He holds an engineering degree from PSG College of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
