VocaLink and GoCardless
He was chief executive of VocaLink, the company behind core UK payment systems, and led its sale to Mastercard. He later served as president of GoCardless, the London, England, bank payments company. Alongside Fourthline he advises private equity firms and sits on several fintech boards.
His Brief at Fourthline
Fourthline's board hired him to take the company into new countries and industries, both through its own growth and by looking at acquisitions. The new EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation is a large part of that plan. "I'm excited to build on the strong foundation Krik and the team have created, helping our customers navigate regulatory change," he said when he was appointed.
