Vatsa Narasimha is chief executive of ComplyAdvantage. ComplyAdvantage named him CEO on 13 October 2022, promoting him from chief operating officer. He had joined more than two years earlier from OANDA, where he was CEO. He remains CEO in 2026.
OANDA and BCG
At OANDA Corporation, a multi-asset trading and currency-data firm, he previously served as COO, CFO, and executive vice president before becoming CEO. Before OANDA he spent eight years at The Boston Consulting Group working with financial institutions on growth strategy, corporate development, and operations.
Education and funding
He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School. As COO he helped expand ComplyAdvantage’s funding past $100 million, adding Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Goldman Sachs alongside Index Ventures and Balderton Capital.
