Charles Delingpole founded ComplyAdvantage in 2014 and is executive chairman. On 13 October 2022 he transitioned from CEO to executive chair when Vatsa Narasimha became CEO. He led the company from inception to more than 450 employees and more than 1,000 clients worldwide.
MarketFinance and J.P. Morgan
Previously he was co-founder and CEO of MarketFinance (also known as Kriya), a business-finance company that raised more than $59 million. Before that he was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Cazenove. He has executive experience in financial services across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
The Student Room and education
At age sixteen he founded The Student Room Group, then one of the world’s largest student discussion forums. He holds an MA in Politics from Trinity College, Cambridge, and an MSc in Management, Strategy and Finance from the London School of Economics.
