Jennifer Mateer is chief commercial officer of Change Financial (ASX: CCA). She has more than fifteen years working with fintechs, payments, and SaaS products, and with experience building commercial teams and executing growth strategies.
Global Payments
Before Change she held senior roles at Global Payments, the NYSE-listed international payments technology and software company. Global Payments Australia and New Zealand is also where CEO Tony Sheehan previously served as COO and CFO, so Mateer’s commercial background sits in the same regional payments group.

She appears in Change’s public leadership set with CEO Tony Sheehan, CTO Arnold Lee, and executive director Tom Russell. Change sells Vertexon card-issuing and PaySim payment-testing products to banks and fintechs across more than forty countries.
