Arnold “Arnie” Lee is chief technology officer of Change Financial (ASX: CCA). Change appointed him CTO in September 2021. He has spent more than twenty years leading technology teams across IT, logistics, and financial services, including an eleven-year tenure in London working in banking and energy commodity trading.
Prior employers
Before Change he held senior roles at Wirecard. Earlier employers include Paymark, New Zealand’s main electronic payments network; Trayport, a supplier of energy-trading software; Royal Bank of Scotland; and BNP Paribas.
Products
He brings payments-domain depth and with building technology teams behind Vertexon, which Change says manages more than 45 million cards worldwide, and PaySim, which Change and its FY26 materials describe as the default testing standard for Australia’s eftpos network.
