Søren Westh Lonning is chief financial officer of Pleo, a Copenhagen, Denmark, company that gives employees company cards and handles their expenses and receipts. Pleo announced his appointment in December 2023, and he started in May 2024. Before Pleo he was chief financial officer of Chr. Hansen, the Danish bioscience company, then of WS Audiology, the hearing-aid maker, and then of Danish Endurance, a sportswear brand.
Becoming Pleo’s Chief Financial Officer
He had worked with Pleo as an adviser before taking the chief financial officer job, helping on its financial planning, capital structure, and commercial efforts. The announcement said he would be based at Pleo’s Copenhagen headquarters.
