James Beeson is chief executive and managing director of Earlypay (ASX: EPY). He took the role effective 11 October 2022, succeeding Daniel Riley. Earlypay is an ASX-listed invoice-finance and equipment-finance lender to Australian SMEs.
Skippr and JPMorgan
Before Earlypay he was CEO of Skippr, an Australian SME lender Earlypay acquired in August 2020. Earlier he was a managing director at JPMorgan as chief investment officer and head of EMEA rates and foreign exchange in the chief investment office.

His education includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from NYU Stern, LSE, and HEC Paris. His stated focus includes simplifying invoice finance and embedding early payment in non-bank platforms.
