Bob Pisani is chief technology officer of Addepar. Addepar named him CTO on 5 March 2024. He joined the company in 2020 to head Platform Engineering. In a March 2026 Fintech Profile interview he said he leads engineering, product, and design, which make up Addepar’s research and development organisation.
Earlier roles
Before Addepar he was CTO at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund. He also held a leadership role at Amazon Web Services in solutions architecture for private equity.
Platform Engineering, then CTO
From 2020 he built and managed Addepar’s Platform Engineering teams for data, compute, and AI. He was senior vice president of engineering from August 2023 until the March 2024 CTO appointment.
