Adam Sragovicz is chief financial officer of Intellicheck (Nasdaq: IDN). He joined on 1 August 2024 as a senior financial executive and became CFO on 1 September 2024, succeeding Jeff Ishmael. He reports to CEO Bryan Lewis and leads all aspects of finance and accounting.

Appointment
Board chair Guy L. Smith and CEO Bryan Lewis cited his financial-planning and operational-finance track record when he joined. Sragovicz said he joined to advance Intellicheck’s strategic goals and shareholder value.
