Adam Flowers is chief revenue officer at Napier AI. Napier announced his appointment on 24 September 2025. The company team page lists him on the executive team and says he is responsible for marketing, partnerships, direct sales, and customer growth through upsell and cross-sell.
Aptitude Software
Before Napier he spent seven years at Aptitude Software based in Singapore. Napier's appointment note says the Asia-Pacific region grew 800 percent during that tenure as he helped turn the firm into a global SaaS business. The same note credits him with more than 15 years scaling SaaS go-to-market teams across four continents.
Revenue at Napier
His published priorities include banking, wealth and asset management, and payments, plus building partnerships as a larger share of revenue.
"What particularly excites me is Napier AI's 'compliance-first AI' approach, embedding explainable AI in everything we do in a way that delivers real value while avoiding the risks of unchecked automation," he said when he joined.
