Mike Walters is chief executive of Form3. Form3 appointed him CEO in October 2023, succeeding founder Michael Mueller. He is a Form3 co-founder and one of the company’s first employees, and he served as chief product officer from inception in 2016 until the CEO appointment.

He has nearly two decades of prior experience, including product director at Barclaycard and more than ten years at Barclays, most recently as head of corporate payments before Form3.
CEO succession
When he became CEO, Eimear O’Connor moved from COO since inception to chief product officer, and Mueller became executive chair from CEO. He remains CEO in Form3’s post-2023 leadership set.
