Marcus Anthony is chief financial officer of DriveWealth. DriveWealth promoted him from chief operating officer to CFO on 18 June 2024. He remains CFO in 2026 under CEO Naureen Hassan.
GCA and Barclays
He joined DriveWealth in November 2021 from GCA Advisors after advising the company on its Series D capital raise. As an investment banker at GCA he executed M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions for fintech and technology companies. Earlier he was on the global M&A team at Barclays Capital advising corporations and private sponsors on mergers, carve-outs, and related deals.
Navy and education
He is a former naval aviator and officer in the United States Navy. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy. At DriveWealth before the CFO seat he led corporate strategy and investor relations as COO.
