Jonathan Robins is chief technology officer of Intellicheck (Nasdaq: IDN). Intellicheck appointed him CTO on 3 October 2023. He brings more than thirty-five years of technology leadership, including building and selling his own software company and later applying large-scale analytics and machine learning.
Solidify and the Cubs
He founded Solidify Software, focused on enterprise business-process and custom application development using internet technology, and sold the business in 2012. After an attempted retirement he joined the Chicago Cubs analytics department, writing software and working with data scientists on player-success models, including draft and development decisions.
Intellicheck application
In an October 2025 Intellicheck podcast he described mirroring Cubs-era data infrastructure and machine-learning approaches at Intellicheck for identity fraud detection across more than 100 million ID verifications a year, and recruiting some baseball-analytics colleagues into that work.
