John Rozenbroek is chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Capify UK, the Altrincham-based SME lender in the Capify group. He has held the dual COO/CFO title from March 2018, and Capify quoted him in that role when appointing its Head of Technology in September 2024.
Credit facility and tech hire
In April 2024 Capify secured a £100 million credit facility from Pollen Street Capital to fund UK SME lending. In September 2024 Rozenbroek publicly welcomed Sam Colclough as Head of Technology for the UK and Australia, saying Colclough’s technology track record aligned with Capify’s scaling plans.
