William “Bill” Capuzzi is chief executive of Apex Fintech Solutions, a role he has held since 2015. Prior employers include Convergex, G-Trade, and Pershing. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. He also sits on the DTCC board.
Convergex and Pershing
Before Apex he was chief of staff and a member of the executive committee at Convergex Group, responsible for options, prime services, global clearing, and commission-sharing arrangement businesses. Earlier he was a director at Pershing LLC, responsible for the institutional product suite and firm-wide global re-engineering.
