Rajini Carpenter is chief technology officer of Beforepay. She serves alongside CEO Jamie Twiss, deputy CEO Kasey Kaplan, and CFO Laavanya Pari. She has more than twenty-three years in information technology and the finance industry, with expertise across IT security, IT governance and risk, and architecture and engineering.
Deputy
Immediately before Beforepay she was VP of Engineering at Deputy, an Australian workforce-management software company that sells rostering and time-tracking tools to employers in Australia and overseas.
Iress
Before Deputy she was Head of Engineering, Wealth Management at Iress (ASX: IRE), where she led engineering for wealth-management products used by advisers and brokers. She built customer-centred technology solutions in those seats and continues that remit as Beforepay CTO.
